A dramatist and student leader in his youth, he remains deeply engaged in politics, using his influence to drive meaningful change. Known as the Bhageeratha of Education in Srirangapatna, his philanthropic spirit extends beyond education—through a foundation established in his name, he has been a beacon of hope for the poor and needy. Rising from humble beginnings to become a pillar of support for hundreds of people, his journey is a testament to perseverance, leadership, and an unyielding passion for social good.
Our Managing Director brings a wealth of academic achievements and personal experiences that make him an inspiring leader for Parivarthana. A proud alumnus of Coorg Public School, he pursued his higher education with distinction, earning a Commerce degree from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Law degree from BES Law College, Bangalore. He furthered his academic journey with an MBA from Bangalore Institute of Management and is currently pursuing a PhD at Jain University. With just four papers remaining to complete his Chartered Accountancy, he exemplifies determination and dedication to lifelong learning.
Our dedicated Managing Trustee, B. V. Kumar, a retired Joint Secretary of KIADB, has been a steadfast pillar in the growth and development of our educational institutions. A close associate of our Chairman since childhood, he shares the same passion for education and social upliftment. His relentless efforts in managing the school’s operations, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring the development of world-class infrastructure have been instrumental in shaping a nurturing learning environment. With his vast administrative experience and commitment to excellence, he plays a crucial role in transforming the vision of Om Shreenikethana Trust into reality, making quality education accessible to the children all over India. His leadership, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail continue to strengthen the foundation of our institutions, inspiring progress and innovation.
Dr. Dhananjaya K. B., our esteemed Treasurer, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Parivarthana. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics, he has had a distinguished career in education, serving as the Principal of the prestigious Sahyadri College, Shimoga. His commitment to youth development was further demonstrated during his tenure as Joint Secretary of Youth Services, Government of Karnataka. A passionate theatre enthusiast, he has actively contributed to dramas and films, blending his artistic talents with his academic and administrative expertise. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved with educational institutions, shaping young minds with his wisdom and oratory skills. As an active Rotarian, he continues to serve society with dedication. A highly talented and resourceful leader, Dr. Dhananjaya K.
